THE seat of pain... This seat is "not fit for purpose" I had that knob digging in my leg for almost 12 hours.
My leg is still hurting now... I dont think you fully apreciate how much pain I endured.
You "have" known about this for years!
When I told a member of crew that I could not use the tray in the arm she laughed and said "yes I know" then suggested that I take a tray of food and eat off my lap! I was unable to eat for the entire flight.
